Course Description
This is a five-day course that prepares A+ certification candidates for the CompTIA A+ Practical Application (220-702) exam. This course is an extension of the knowledge and skills identified in CompTIA A+ Essentials, with more of a "hands-on" orientation focused on scenarios in which troubleshooting and tools must be applied to resolve problems. The course includes hands on exposure and experience with a range of Windows Operating systems and systems tools.
Audience
This course is for individuals in the IT service support functions whose responsibilities include Help Desk operations, installation, preventative maintenance, networking, security and troubleshooting
Prerequisites
No prior technical computer experience is necessary.
