Interface Technical Training is presenting an opportunity for Arizona businesses and organizations to learn how to put their computing in “the cloud.”

The Phoenix Cloud Intelligence Conference May 8, 7:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.

As one of a small group of Microsoft Managed Partners, Interface Technical Training was invited to participate in Microsoft’s 15-city Cloud Intelligence Technology conference series.

“The cloud is already around us,” says conference speaker and Microsoft MVP Remote Desktop Services Greg Shields. “I see the cloud as this very game-changing force for our industry.”

Interface’s Phoenix conference will focus on how the cloud makes sense in real-world applications, says Interface Instructor and Microsoft Exchange MVP Mike Pfeiffer.

“The main reason to come to the conference is to figure out if these solutions are  right for your organization,” Pfeiffer says. “With what we currently have in our infrastructure work, will it work with, for instance, Office 365? Can we set up some kind of hybrid solution, such as moving mailboxes from one platform to another?

“That’s what you’ll learn. Is what we’re doing now going to work, and, if not, what do we need to do to get to that point?”

Conference instructors and speakers have deployed cloud strategies and performed work on cloud solutions that attendees may be considering. The event’s 20 learning sessions will cover all the basics to put the cloud to work for an organization.

Certified Information Systems Security Professional Mike Danseglio says he’s excited to share his experience implementing cloud solutions because of this new technology’s potential benefits.

“We’ve got all kinds of opportunities to offload security and offload operations to people who specialize in this,” Danseglio says.
