Course Description

This course provides the foundation and structure to learn the fundamentals of project management and prepare for the Project Management Professional Certification (PMP®) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) and is based on The Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK) Fifth Edition. Highly participative with concepts, real-world applications, hands-on exercises and a case study. Each lesson is sequenced to follow a project life cycle. Students work together in teams to complete exercises and demonstrate their thorough understanding of basic concepts.

The Interface Technology Training PMP Certification course contains content and emphasis compliant with current examination criteria, AND the emphasis shift identified by the PMI Role Delineation Study (RDS) that will take effect on November 1, 2015.

Our PMP™ Certification Course is compliant with the January 11, 2016 PMP™ Exam Update. (For update details download PMI’s Examination Content Outline).  Content identified during PMI’s Role Delineation Study has been progressively added to our course content, which was reviewed during late 2015 as a component of our PMI Registered Education Provider (REP) renewal.  Course content and delivery are consistent with the 35 hours required for PMP exam application.  Join us for a recognized, world class, Project Management education!
