Transform Your Everyday Business Processes with Agents

This one-day course is composed of a single Learning Path, which has the same name as the course. This learning path introduces agents in Microsoft Copilot and SharePoint and shows how business users can create and use them—without coding—to automate tasks, answer questions, and support everyday business processes. Through hands-on examples, learn how agents work within Microsoft 365 experiences and how to build, manage, and share them to improve productivity and collaboration.

This Learning Path consists of four modules.

• The first module introduces students to the various types of agents that are available in Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• The second module specifically explores prebuilt agents.
• The third module examines how everyday business users with no programming experience can create and manage agents in Copilot Chat and SharePoint.
• The final module instructs students on how to share and use agent.

With a focus on practical applications, the course covers:

• Get Started with Agents: Understand what AI agents are, who can build and use them, how they improve team collaboration, and what IT governance controls apply.
• Explore Prebuilt Agents: Work with existing Microsoft 365 Copilot agents such as the Analyst, Researcher, Prompt Coach, Idea Coach, and Writing Coach.
• Build and Manage Agents: Create custom no-code agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat and SharePoint, write custom instructions and starter prompts, and test, edit, and maintain your agents.
• Share and Use Agents: Distribute your agents safely to team members and integrate them into Microsoft Teams and SharePoint workflows.
