They are informative, to the point, and do a fantastic job of explaining both the Microsoft-recommended best practices and how things actually work in real-world Microsoft 365 environments. It is especially valuable to get hands-on knowledge and insight from experts who have truly lived and breathed this content throughout their careers. Their real-world experience adds a lot to the material and makes the concepts easier to understand and apply. I have really enjoyed all three classes I have taken with Mike and Rick, and I definitely plan to take more classes with them in the future."
